Perfume's such an interesting subject isn't it, and there's so much to learn about it - maybe you'd be interested in Perfumes The Guide by Luca Turin - it's a kind of A-Z of perfumes, with really opinionated and often funny comments by Turin. I also really liked The Perfect Scent: A Year Inside the Perfume Industry in Paris and New York by Chandler Burr (I got on Amazon), tracing the making of a Coty celebrity fragrance and also an Hermes perfume. It's such a personal thing. I'll definitely look out your Miller Harrises as I don't know them. Liberty Beauty Hall is amazing for unusual scents too I think. All best wishes, SarahSarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15866008316187456099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1918380173072604274.post-40108889276491853682012-08-29T17:01:42.794+01:002012-08-29T17:01:42.794+01:00Hello Sarah, another post! Until quite recently I didn't wear perfumes and scents and despite trying to read and learn about them I still feel very ignorant.I tried a few out and decided that Miller Harris La Pluie and Fleurs de Sel were two that I really liked but I don't understand why? I am currently wearing La Pluie and I do love it.I do love to read what other people have to say about their favourites, though. Please keep posting.XsueSuehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09471221804410563557noreply@blogger.com
